Event with PETA Switzerland and the Foundation “Tier im Recht” (TIR); Screening of “SLAY”

On Wednesday, November 27, 2024, I had the opportunity to accompany the event organized by Daphne Chaimovitz in cooperation with PETA Switzerland and the Foundation for Animal Rights TIR at the Fame cinema in Zurich with my photo and film camera.

The film, directed by Rebecca Cappelli Loviconi, examines the problematic use of leather, fur and other animal skins in the fashion world and their impact on the environment, people and animals. But it also shows possible solutions for a sustainable and ethical fashion future.

Following the film screening, there was a discussion moderated by the organizer Daphne Chaimovitz, during which questions from the audience were also answered.
